R. Balki has fast become one of the best Bollywood directors. So his next, starring Amitabh Bachchan yet again in a quirky almost meta story about the film industry and an actor, seemingly, is definitely intriguing. Although I’m not a big fan of Dhanush, I have faith in the makers behind the movie enough to give it a shot.

This looks so damn bad! Mallika Sherawat in a leading woman role surrounded by legends of Bollywood? I am so torn. On the one hand, the movie can’t be all that bad given it’s got Om Puri, Anupam Kher, Naseeruddin Shah & Jackie Shroff. On the other hand, it just looks so amazingly terrible. I just can’t help but wonder what bet these actors lost to be involved in a movie such as this.
ROY (February 13th, 2015)
I’ve been keenly waiting for this for a while now. What looks to be a psychological thriller, ‘Roy’ has a great hook and looks incredibly interesting with brilliant portrayals by both Arjun Rampal & Ranbir Kapoor. The songs have apparently been killing it, so can’t wait for this to release, and most likely flop. But hopefully not.
BADLAPUR (February 20th, 2015)
This is my Bollywood Movie Of The Month! This is the film where Bollywood chocolate hero Varun Dhawan completely re-invents himself and debuts in his first dramatic thriller, after giving three back to back romantic hit films in a row. ‘Badlapur’ is directed by Sriram Raghavan and boasts of an incredible star cast which includes Divya Dutt, who is a gem on screen!
