The last of Shah’s old school reviews: “Out of all the films that I’ve reviewed on this website WATER is one that I would strongly recommend to anyone and everyone…!”
So, 10 years after the sequel to the original WIZARD OF OZ story, comes the sequel to that, as SON OF A WITCH. A story that covers events right after the original WIZARD OF OZ, SON OF A WITCH runs out of steam pretty quickly, and that novelty wears off…
Hailed as one of the greatest Superman stories ever told, Grant Morrisson gives us the last Superman story ever told… in ALL STAR SUPERMAN. Unlike a reboot or re-telling of an origin story, Morrisson takes concepts and themes already established in the decades of Superman mythos, and enhances them in his own… unique and eccentric way.
Another unnecessarily long winded review from my writing days, 17 years ago: This is my Black movie review.
Another oldie. It’s been so long since I saw this movie, I actually almost forgot about this review. But I wrote this as well, like 6 years ago. Thankfully one of my shorter pieces from back then. Still contains a lot of irrelevant background info though. Bah. Old Shah (younger Shah) is so embarrassing.

Ram Gopal Varma’s direct tribute to the man himself, Francis Ford Coppola, came with his Indianized version of THE GODFATHER, in the form of SARKAR.
and religious superstitions, were not exaggerations or imaginary cultural stories…but existed in reality. That is the basis for the awesome and innovative TV series SUPERNATURAL.
With the latest Shah Rukh Khan starrer, RA. ONE coming soon, I think it’d be cool to check out a film from the same director, 6 years ago. So I present yet again, another action movie from days gone by… DUS.
I’m back with another blast from the past. (I wonder how many cliche’d phrases I can keep using to describe my old articles… hmm.) Wrote this one in 2005… the year my writing really flourished, and also happened to be the year right before the Indian Film Industry was pulled out of its slump in 2006… coincidence??
‘Bluffmaster’ is a Bollywood movie that’s pretty decent and really cements 2005 as one of Abhishek Bachchan’s best years in terms of movies.
